  • Yes. Existing material samples or a custom pre-production sample may be available depending on the product. Sample and shipping costs are confirmed before the sample is prepared.

  • Available materials depend on the product and intended use. Tell us the performance and compliance requirements for your market so the relevant material options and supporting documents can be reviewed before ordering.

  • We prefer vector files in .AI, .PDF, or .EPS formats with all fonts outlined. If you only have high-resolution .PNG or .PSD files, our in-house design team can help you review and optimize them for the best printing results.

  • We utilize advanced multi-color high-speed printing presses and match colors strictly based on the Pantone Matching System (PMS). Before mass production, we will send you a digital pre-production proof (die-line layout) for your final approval.

  • Payment stages and available methods are confirmed in the quotation and pro forma invoice for each order. Please verify the beneficiary details directly with our team before sending payment.
