Our standard MOQ for custom printing is usually 5,000 to 10,000 pcs depending on the bag type and size. However, as we love supporting growing brands, we offer flexible MOQ options for trial orders. Please contact our team with your specifications to discuss options.
Sample production typically takes 3–7 days. Mass production takes 10–15 days after design approval and deposit receipt. Shipping times vary by destination: Southeast Asia usually takes 7–14 days via sea/land, while express air delivery takes 3–5 days globally.
Yes, absolutely! We provide free existing stock samples for quality and material testing (you only pay the shipping cost). For custom samples with your specific artwork, a sample fee will apply, which is fully refundable once the bulk order meets a certain volume.
We offer a wide range of materials including Kraft paper, biodegradable PLA/PBAT, high-barrier laminated plastics (PET/AL/PE), and matte-finished film. All our materials meet international eco-friendly and food-grade safety standards.
We prefer vector files in .AI, .PDF, or .EPS formats with all fonts outlined. If you only have high-resolution .PNG or .PSD files, our in-house design team can help you review and optimize them for the best printing results.
We utilize advanced multi-color high-speed printing presses and match colors strictly based on the Pantone Matching System (PMS). Before mass production, we will send you a digital pre-production proof (die-line layout) for your final approval.
For bulk orders, we generally require a 30% deposit to start production, and the remaining 70% balance before shipment. We accept secure international telegraphic transfers (T/T Wire Transfer) through global reputable banks.
