Bubble mailers combine a flexible outer envelope with an air-cell cushioning layer. They are useful for compact products that need more impact protection than an unpadded mailer but do not require the space of a shipping box.
The standard starting point is kraft paper, plastic film, or other outer layer combined with bubble cushioning in a padded self-seal envelope with optional tear strip and return closure. Final material, dimensions, load performance, printing, and pack-out are confirmed against your samples or technical brief rather than assumed from a catalogue image.
