The story of Jam Story is a very interesting one, Jacqueline’s passion and hard work has made this handmade jam brand a success in Hong Kong.
The story began when Jacqueline was working as a secretary in a solicitor’s firm. A plate of Chinese New Year oranges left behind by her mother-in-law was the inspiration that sparked her creativity in making handmade jams.
In 2014, Jam Story set up her jam studio, 「Jooove Life」, in Kwai Chung.
Based on weekly visits to local organic farms and fruit farms to buy the freshest seasonal fruits, Jam Story produces more than 100 flavors of jams. These jams are free of preservatives, additives, and chemicals, and are in line with the modern concept of healthy eating.
The brand has successfully established itself as a popular handmade jam brand in Hong Kong through its traditional production methods, dedication to quality, and active involvement in community and educational programs.
It is usually made of sturdy cardboard or other strong materials that provide effective protection against damage or deformation during transit.
